The UFLEX INC. sites are defined as any web sites and mobile applications under UFLEX INC.’s control, including UFLEX.WORK. UFLEX INC. sites are provided for your use, subject to these Terms of Use and all applicable laws and regulations. These Terms of Use constitute a binding agreement between You and UFLEX INC. By accessing and/or using UFLEX INC. sites, you fully and unconditionally accept and agree to be bound by these Terms of Use, including binding arbitration. If you do not agree to the Terms of Use stated here, do not use any of the UFLEX INC. sites. UFLEX INC. reserves the right to revise these Terms of Use at any point of time so please check the terms of use regularly. Your continued use of UFLEX INC. sites following the posting of any changes to these Terms of Use constitutes your acceptance of those changes. You must be 16 years of age or older to visit or use UFLEX INC. sites in any manner, and, if under the age of 18 or the age of majority as that is defined in your jurisdiction, you must use any of UFLEX INC. sites under the supervision of a parent, legal guardian, or other legally responsible adult. You may not use the information stored in UFLEX INC. sites to determine employment eligibility. Users who violate these Terms of Use may have their access and use of UFLEX INC. sites suspended or terminated, at UFLEX INC.’s discretion, without liability to you or any third party.


By agreeing to the Terms of Use, you agree that you are required to resolve any claim that you may have against UFLEX INC. on an individual basis in arbitration, as set forth in this Arbitration Agreement. This will preclude you from bringing any class, collective, or representative action against UFLEX INC., and also preclude you from participating in or recovering relief under any current or future class, collective, consolidated, or representative action brought against UFLEX INC. by someone else. All claims and disputes arising under or relating to this Agreement are to be settled by binding arbitration in the state of Florida or another location mutually agreeable to the parties. The arbitration shall be conducted on a confidential basis pursuant to the Commercial Arbitration Rules of the American Arbitration Association. Any decision or award as a result of any such arbitration proceeding shall be in writing and shall provide an explanation for all conclusions of law and fact and shall include the assessment of costs, expenses, and reasonable attorneys' fees. Any such arbitration shall include a written record of the arbitration hearing. The parties reserve the right to object to any individual who shall be employed by or affiliated with a competing organization or entity. An award of arbitration may be confirmed in a court of competent jurisdiction. If You or UFLEX INC. intend to seek arbitration under the agreement, the party seeking arbitration must first notify the other party of the dispute in writing at least 30 days in advance of initiating arbitration. The notice of dispute ("Notice") must (a) describe the nature and basis of the claim or dispute; and (b) set forth the specific relief sought. If UFLEX INC. and you do not reach an agreement to resolve the claim within 30 days after the Notice is received, you or UFLEX INC. may commence formal proceeding.


All services provided by UFLEX INC. include candidates and resume database, job posting, job matching and related communication between candidates, employers and employees. All those services and other features of the UFLEX INC. sites may be used solely by employers seeking employees and candidates seeking employment. UFLEX INC. sites’ users agree to maintain their account in good order and protect the confidentiality of their account with secured passwords. You are responsible for all use of UFLEX INC. sites, under your account, whether authorized by you or not. UFLEX INC.sites’ users agree not to: (a) Use robot or similar tool to extract information from the sites or mobile applications; (b) Attempt to violate the security of the sites or mobile applications; (c) Copy and disseminate parts of the information available from the sites or mobile applications; (d) Post information including job offers and candidate database on behalf of other parties; (e) post any content or material that promotes or endorses false or misleading information or illegal activities; (f) Post or submit any incomplete, false or inaccurate biographical information or information which is not your own; (g) Post jobs that are not real, with the intention to collect information on candidates for future usage; (h) Harass, incite harassment or advocate harassment of any group, company, or individual; (i) Use UFLEX INC. Sites and Services for any unlawful purpose or any illegal activity, or post or submit any content, resume, or job posting that is defamatory, libelous, implicitly or explicitly offensive, vulgar, obscene, threatening, abusive, hateful, racist, discriminatory, of a menacing character or likely to cause annoyance, inconvenience, embarrassment, anxiety or could cause harassment to any person or include any links to pornographic, indecent or sexually explicit material of any kind, as determined by UFLEX INC.’s discretion;

Any job offer published by employers on UFLEX INC. must comply with Labor regulation as set by the US Department of Labor, including minimum wage, nondiscrimination and any other characteristic.

Violations of system or network security may result in civil and/or criminal liability. UFLEX INC. will investigate occurrences which may involve such violations and may involve, and cooperate with, law enforcement authorities in prosecuting Users who are involved in such violations.


We reserve the right, in our sole discretion, to modify, suspend or discontinue any part of the UFLEX INC. sites at any time, without notice or liability to you or any third party. We also reserve the right, in our sole discretion, to impose limits on certain features and services.


Any information submitted on or collected through the UFLEX INC. sites is subject to our Privacy Policy, the terms of which are incorporated into these Terms of Use.


UFLEX INC. sites may include links to third-party websites. UFLEX INC. does not control and is not responsible for the content or privacy policies of any linked site or mobile app, and the inclusion of any link on the Site or Mobile App does not imply our endorsement of it.


By using UFLEX INC. Sites, you consent to receive electronic notifications and communications through any contact detail you have provided such as email address or phone number. RATING By using UFLEX INC. Sites, employers and candidates consent to receive a rating that can be used to select and review candidates, match employers with candidates as well as review employers. In any case, UFLEX INC. is responsible for the information provided by employers or candidates.


All copyrightable text, graphics, files, software and other material (collectively, the “Content”), the selection, compilation, arrangement and presentation of all materials, and the overall design of the Site or Mobile App are copyrighted by UFLEX INC. and are protected by law. All rights reserved. You may print a copy of the Content on your computer only for your own personal, non-commercial home use, provided that you do not remove any copyright, trademark or other proprietary notices from the Content. Any other use of the Content is strictly prohibited, unless you have our prior written permission. The Site or Mobile App may also contain content that is owned by third parties, including our advertisers. You may use such third-party content only as expressly authorized by the applicable owner. All requests for permission to reprint or make any other use of the Content should be addressed to UFLEX INC., PO BOX 268751, Weston Florida, 33326. UFLEX INC. does not warrant that your use of materials displayed on or linked to the Site or Mobile App will not infringe the rights of third parties.


You agree that UFLEX INC. is free to use any comments, information or ideas contained in any communication you may send to us, without compensation, acknowledgement or payment to you, for any purpose whatsoever, including, but not limited to, developing, manufacturing and marketing products and services and creating, modifying or improving the UFLEX INC. Site or Mobile App or other products or services.


In no event shall UFLEX INC. and its President, Directors, Officers, Employees and Partners be liable for any direct or indirect use, misused or inability to use the UFLEX INC.’s Site or Mobile App.
